Power struggles don't have to be a part of your everyday reality as a parent.

Are you ready to decrease the power struggles and increase the fun and ease?

Then you are in the right place. Power struggles can be one of the most challenging dynamics of parenting and family life. They can dominate the day-to-day reality we live in. They are stressful for everyone and, in the end, no one really wins. Everyone feels defeated, frustrated and like they're getting the short end of the deal. I have been there! And I know that it doesn't have to be this way. We can have more joy, ease and fun in our parenting. Our kids can feel like they have control while also collaborating with us to do the things that need to happen to be part of a family. It just takes US making the shifts in order for things to shift with our children. If you are ready for more harmony, joy and fun with your kids, then join us for this 3-part course to help nip the power struggles and bring more ease into your lives.

Here's what you get...

  • Two hour-long course calls plus several mini-calls to attend live or watch on your own time with powerful information to help you shift the control dynamic in your family and bring more ease to your parenting.

  • Q and A call to answer any of your specific questions and concerns. You do not have to be on Live to get your questions answered.

  • Text length of individual points can be shorter or longer depending on your needs

  • A Facebook community specific to this course for support, posting questions, parenting tips and boosting your confidence in reducing the power struggles and bringing more harmony into your home.

  • A curated workbook to support the work you are doing in the course. Refrigerator sheets for instant reminders. Exercises to help you go deeper with this work and shift the power struggle dynamic from the inside out.

  • Calls will take place March 1st, 3rd and 4th at 12 pm MT (11 PT, 1 pm CT, 2 pm ET). All calls will be recorded. It is not required to be on live calls to participate.
