Course Description

Do you want your children to develop true confidence—from the inside out?

True Confidence is knowing that no matter what happens outside of us, we can remain unshaken at our core.

It is having your own back every step of the way.

It is not being afraid of your own feelings, emotions and sensations and knowing it is ok to express these in safe, healthy, helpful ways.

It is knowing how to stand up for yourself, to advocate for yourself, to speak your truth.

It is knowing when to speak up and when to allow.

It is having the courage to take action even when it’s not the popular thing to do.

It is being your cooky, quirky, weird and amazing selves, no matter what the world tells you.

It is knowing that other people’s opinions are none of your business.

It is having the courage to take risks and the willingness to fail, in the pursuit of our ambitions and desires.

It is loving ALL parts of yourself, the good/the bad/the ugly.

It is being resilient because you know you can handle anything that shows up in life.

It is knowing what you are capable of and being willing to take inspired steps day after day to get there, even when you don’t see the results right away.

It is recognizing that challenges are opportunities and consistently feeling like you are able to rise to the occasion and take the opportunity by the reins.

It is seeing adversities as learning opportunities and being willing to experience all of it.

It is being able to speak up for what you want, need, feel without shame, guilt or shrinking.

If you want to help your child develop all of this and more, join me for this applicable, affordable and amazing course!
